Setyo Purnomo alias KEMBANGSEPATU. Born in Pemalang, Central Java, on October 30, 1972. Studied at the Faculty of Language and Arts, Department of Fine Arts, IKIP Jakarta, now the Jakarta State University (UNJ). He joined the Ancol Art Market Painter Community.
