  • Is it safe to buy art online from L Project?
    L Project ensures the authenticity of the artworks marketed since we work directly with our artists. We also provide information such as the medium, year produced, and where the artist signature is (if any). Buyers can also dispute for a return if the artwork received is different from the information we provide in our store. Learn more about our return policy
  • Why buy art online?
    According to studies, a majority of millennial art buyers’ interest and confidence has increased as the art world switched to virtual sales due to the global lockdown in 2020. More than 8 out of 10 new art collectors had bought artworks online in that year. Moreover, more than half surveyed believed that the art world’s switch online may be permanent. Shopping art online may be a new experience, but it shouldn’t be worrisome. We work hard to bring you convenience and peace in mind when shopping at L Project.
  • How are artworks authenticated?
    All artworks sold by L Project are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity registered in Verisart Blockchain Network. This ensures a verified flow of artworks ownership transfer (e.g., from artist to L Project to buyer) since being in the blockchain network means these record is impossible to counterfeit the certificate registered.
  • What should I do if I find an item or pricing error on L Project?
    Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on, including prices, product images, descriptions, and availability. L Project reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.   • How can I search for a specific artwork?
    You can use our filter tool in our online store. It is located on the right side of your screen. There you can browse artworks by: Artwork Types Styles and Movements Subject Matter Artist Origin Artist Medium Size Colour You can also go to our home page to find featured artworks and artist.
  • How can I view the artworks from a specific artist?
    There are 2 ways to do it, that you can choose. First method: Go to “Online Store” At the right part of the screen, you will find a filter tool. Scroll down until you find “Artist” Click the checkbox on the artist of your choice Second method: Go to “Artists” Click on the artists of your choice. You can also use the alphabetical or location filter to help you find the artist of your interest. Below the artist biography, click on “View artwork from this artist” That’s it!
  • What is a favourite list?
    Keep track of your favourite artworks from L Project by adding them to your wish list. To add an artwork to your favourite list: open product page, scroll down and click on the favourite button. To view your favourite list, go to online store, then click the favourite button on top of your screen.
  • How do I make a purchase?
    L Project is a transactionally ready e-commerce platform. Unless indicated, all artworks in our “Online Store” page are for sale and available for purchase directly through the site. You do not need to worry whether an artwork is in stock, since our system controls and ensures the availability of all artworks listed. Simply click on “Add to Cart” on an artwork, fill your shipping information, and select your payment methods. It’s that easy!

  • What is an account?
    An account is used to track your orders, and sync your favourites. You don’t need to register for an account. All you have to do is enter your email, and we will send you a sign-in link to your inbox. Use this link to access your L Project account. This is secure, if you wonder.   • How do I use a coupon / discount code?
    You can enter your coupon or discount code on the checkout page before you fill your shipping information.
  • I can’t use a coupon / discount code

  • How do I stay informed about promotions on L Project?
    You can subscribe to our newsletter. We send newsletters to our subscriber weekly. There we inform updates about what’s happening in the artworld. Information about promotion is also posted there. Subscribe now!
  • What payment method is accepted?
    We accept debit card and credit card registered on Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Maestro. We also accept payments via PayPal. If you prefer manual bank transfer or other payment method, please don’t hesitate to contact us at
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. We ship to anywhere in the world.
  • How to track my order?
    After you pay for your order, a shipping process will begin. Once we have sent out your package, you will receive a tracking link where you can track the delivery of your package.
  • Do I have to pay for customs and import taxes?
    You may be charged customs duties and taxes due to these reasons: Duties and taxes usually are not included in the price of the artwork, and usually not calculated in the shipping cost you pay When shopping on L Project, depending on your location, you may be classified as buying from overseas. Hence why you may be asked to pay customs duty. The taxes may depend on the type of artworks you bought, their value, and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding art items. It’s best to confirm this with your local customs authority. You may have to pay for VAT if you’re buying from Singapore. In this case, the buyer is responsible to clear the VAT. Please consult your local customs authority to learn about the VAT clearance procedure. Please note that L Project never covers customs duties & taxes.
  • How do you calculate shipping costs?
    The cost is determined by the volume of the item, as well as your delivery location. Smaller items cost less to ship than larger items.   • Does L Project insure all shipments?
    Yes. For your safety and convenience, all purchase in L Project is insured. The insurance fee is calculated at check out. Please note that more expensive works have higher insurance fees. In case of loss or damage, please contact and we will resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
  • What is packaging fee?
    Packaging fee includes the packaging fee such as material cost and labour for packing.
  • I received an error: “No shipping options for this location, package weight and total.” Why is this?"
    Please ensure the address you entered is correct, including the zip code. Refresh the page and try again in a few minutes. If all information is correct and you have tried refreshing the page, but the error still occurs, this can happen because the package size is too big for a regular shipment.
