Born in Makassar on October 15, 1978. Familiarly called ICAL. Since childhood, he was interested and loved to draw. From elementary to high school, they are familiar with the world of art, so they often see the manual making of film posters and have been directly involved in it, along with his father and brother, who are drawing experts. This experience and knowledge trains his anatomical skills, especially facial drawing. Then from 2011 to 2014 he was actively exploring in Jakarta, although he still occasionally returned to Makassar. During this period, he deepened his expressive-intuitive painting with his trademark brush strokes to deepen his sense of an object/figure. Then chose to settle in Makassar, and had time to study at the Makassar Arts Institute. In 2015, his Etos work also won the Favorite Champion from the Mandiri Art Award in Jakarta. Meanwhile, in 2016-2017, it was his reflection through intuitive scribble lines to release his sadness over the loss of his brother, so that the "glory of love" emerged, as well as the seeds of his "art inititiave".

"Art is like the process of life itself. Working is our intuitive images that are born from within as humans who are connected to each other, which may come from the genes of our ancestors. So we have to go through that."
